We have lived at The Mews for about 2 years now and it’s been a great experience. Joe Beukers has helped us from beginning to end, from helping us set up a tour, to helping us sign our lease, to making sure that we are always happy and helping out even when it wasn’t part of his job. Emilia Ramos has been an incredible addition to the management team, she really stepped up to the plate and has done everything in her power to whip this place into shape. She is in constant communication with the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is heard and anything that should be addressed is addressed as quickly as possible. Luis and his maintenance team are always on top of everything and do everything they can to make sure any and all maintenance requests are handled in a timely manor. You can tell this is a team that truly cares about its residents.  The apartments themselves are beautiful and very up to date on everything as are the amenities which are constantly being updated to only the best. We are moving to a different state due to work but can only hope that we get as lucky and we did here at The Mews and have as great of an experience at our new place as we have had here. We will most definitely miss this place, it’s residents, and it’s team but couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful experience we’ve had!

The Mews in North Bergen is a great complex, and it’s clear that things have been moving in a positive direction lately. A huge part of that is thanks to the new manager, Emilia Ramos. In such a short amount of time, Emilia has already made a noticeable difference, showing real dedication to improving the experience for residents. Her hands-on approach, responsiveness, and ability to address concerns quickly and effectively are a breath of fresh air.

I truly hope Emilia Ramos stays on as manager because her efforts are exactly what this complex needs to keep thriving. The potential for The Mews is incredible, and with Emilia at the helm, I’m confident it will continue heading in the right direction. Her leadership is making a significant impact, and I look forward to seeing what more she can accomplish with time.

We moved into The Mews as a young couple with a new baby, and it’s been an incredible place to call home. The apartments are spacious, which has been perfect for our growing family, and the amenities really make a difference. Management has been genuinely helpful and responsive, making the move and day-to-day life here easy and enjoyable. Couldn’t ask for a better place to start this chapter!

I recently moved into a brand-new apartment complex, and I couldn’t be happier! The fair pricing, combined with no broker and deposit fees, saved me a significant amount of money. The added bonus of included laundry makes living here even more convenient.

A huge thanks to Joe for his professionalism and dedication to his customers. Even when I had to reach out after hours, he always responded promptly. A special shoutout to Emilia as well—her expertise and attention to detail are outstanding. She truly takes care of every customer with 100% commitment.
